Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a BCBA Mentor to support autism care practices on the Alpaca platform. You will help providers grow sustainable, high-quality, and revenue-generating practices by strengthening operations and improving time-to-intake, outcomes, and provider success.

You will work closely with clinicians and practice owners as a trusted advisor, operator, and growth partner, with a high-ownership role impacting provider outcomes and company performance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA license in good standing.
• Experience mentoring or leading clinical teams.
• Experience with autism care providers and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to providers and practice owners.
• Drive adoption of Alpaca tools and improve operational workflows.
• Own provider growth outcomes: growth, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks across intake, scheduling, authorizations, and billing; propose scalable improvements.
• Partner with clinicians to plan staffing and service expansion.
