Alpaca Health is hiring a Provider Education Associate to build CEU courses, certificate programs, and events that position Alpaca as a trusted education hub for BCBAs.

You will craft content that translates complex clinical topics into engaging, credible material, and partner with clinical leaders to ensure accuracy and impact. This role blends education with brand storytelling, including podcasts and conferences.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ABA/BCBA landscape and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build CEU-worthy courses and certificate programs and help lead ACE accreditation efforts.
• Design and own learning programs for BCBA conferences and events, including themes and sessions.
• Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, talks, podcasts) and collaborate with clinical and brand teams.

The Role

We are hiring a Provider Education Associate to make Alpaca the education and thought-leadership home for independent BCBAs. You will build the CEU courses, certificate programs, conferences, and content that help clinicians grow and establish Alpaca as the most credible and generous voice in the field.

This is where brand meets substance. Great education is how we earn trust with the exact people we want to partner with, and often how the best BCBAs first hear our name. It is also a place to be bold: a podcast that BCBAs actually binge, a summit that feels like a real conference instead of a boring webinar, a certificate that becomes a credential people put on their résumé. You will invent this category for us and build it.

What You'll Do

Build the curriculum

• Create CEU-worthy courses and certificate programs BCBAs actually want (we will decide together whether to pursue BACB ACE Provider accreditation, and you will help lead that)

• Turn dense clinical and business topics into content that is clear, useful, and genuinely enjoyable

Own the learning at BCBA conferences and events

• Design the program: themes, speakers, sessions, and learning objectives (our events team runs the logistics; you own what people walk away knowing)

• Make our education moments the ones people actually want to attend

Make Alpaca the smartest voice in ABA

• Produce thought leadership: whitepapers, talks, guides, a podcast, and content that positions Alpaca clinicians and our brand as leaders

• Partner with our clinical leaders for accuracy, and with brand and social to get it in front of the right people

Prove it works

• Track reach, completion, and how education turns into trust, and eventually into providers who want to build with us

What Success Looks Like

• In 90 days: Your first course or content series is live, you have a regular thought-leadership cadence going, and there is a clear plan (and decision) on ACE accreditation.

• In a year: A flagship certificate program BCBAs seek out, a real education track at our events, and a reputation for Alpaca as a genuine voice in ABA education, not just another vendor.

Who You Are

• You are a self-starter building a function from zero and are excited by the blank page.

• You have taste and a strong point of view on what is worth saying and how it should look and sound.

• You are full of bold ideas for making education exciting (a podcast, a summit, a credential people brag about) and pragmatic enough to actually ship them — accreditation-grade, and on schedule.

• You can take something complex and teach it so it truly sticks.

• You know the ABA and BCBA world well, or you learn technical fields fast and deeply respect the people in them.

• You care about raising the real bar for care, not just marketing around it.

Bonus Points

• You have built educational content before: a curriculum, a course, a conference track, a podcast, or a real body of thought leadership

• Familiarity with the BACB ACE Provider process, CEUs, or clinical continuing education

• You are a BCBA, or have worked closely with clinicians and know how they think
