Alpaca Health is hiring a BCBA Practice Coach to help autism care practices succeed on the Alpaca platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, strengthening operations and delivering higher-quality outcomes for families.

This high-ownership role partners with clinicians and practice owners to grow sustainable, revenue-generating practices and improve intake, scheduling, and billing efficiency. NYC-based candidates are preferred, with remote/hybrid options available.
