Job summary

Alpaca Health in Morganton, NC, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care.

You will develop and implement treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, collect data, and collaborate with families while adhering to BACB ethics and state requirements.

This on-site, full-time role offers professional support, access to tools, and flexible opportunities based on client needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with BACB in good standing is required.
• Active LBA license is required.
• Experience providing ABA services is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

About the Role

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
