Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring a BCBA Business Coach to help autism care practices succeed on the Alpaca platform. You will work closely with clinicians and practice owners to strengthen operations, reduce time-to-intake, and deliver higher-quality outcomes to more families.

This role goes beyond traditional customer success, focusing on growing sustainable, high-quality, revenue-generating practices and acting as a trusted advisor, operator, and growth partner.

Qualifications

• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and practice owners.
• Diagnose practice challenges and develop actionable growth plans.
• Track performance metrics and ensure providers progress toward goals.
• Share best practices across the network to improve outcomes.
• Help providers use Alpaca's tools effectively to run their practice.
• Surface workflow issues and collaborate with Product and Operations to improve systems.
• Translate provider feedback into scalable playbooks and process improvements.
• Measure success through provider growth, retention, and revenue performance.
• Prioritize high-impact work and maintain urgency and structure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to providers and help them grow.
• Improve product adoption and operational excellence within practices.
• Own outcomes and drive revenue-oriented growth for client practices.
