Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Leominster, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload, develop and monitor behavior support plans, and train staff in behavioral strategies. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards, participate in on-call rotations when needed, and maintain compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes data collection, plan fidelity, and collaboration with stakeholders to promote positive outcomes for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer skills and proficiency with data systems.
• Satisfactory background checks and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management of an assigned caseload.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and train behavioral support plans.
• Model and teach behavioral strategies to staff and stakeholders.
• Monitor plan adherence, collect data, and document progress.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBA and BCBA candidates and complete required trainings.
