Apploi seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. You will observe patients, assess behavior, and collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to tailor treatment plans. The role emphasizes data-driven interventions and compassionate care.

The BCBA will develop individual plans, observe under simulated conditions, ensure adherence to best practices, and advocate for inclusion while staying current with research and resource constraints.

Competenze

• Must hold BCBA certification and valid licensure where applicable.
• Experience in designing behavior analysis interventions and data collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Observing patients and assessing their behavior
• Meeting with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the patient’s treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues
• Developing individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
• Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
• Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
