Job summary

Cross Country Education seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for the 2026-2027 school year in the La Plata, MD area.

In this role you will develop and oversee standardized behavior programs across multiple schools, analyze data, guide evidence-based practices, and provide supervision to behavior specialists and related staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of school-based experience in general or special education.
• Supervisory or consultative experience.
• Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to analyze data and guide evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of cohesive behavior programs across schools.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists and related staff.
• Conduct behavioral program reviews and data-driven interventions.
• Collaborate with district leaders to support student success.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA/related field

BCBA Certification

Maryland LBA License eligibility
