Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2026/2027 School Year Contract

Location: Huntingtown, Maryland (MD)

Term: Full 2026/2027 Academic Year (Contract Assignment)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract assignment for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs by developing effective behavior intervention strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, related service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Licensure: Must meet all state requirements for practicing as a BCBA in a school setting.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is preferred, but qualified candidates from other settings are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and data analysis skills, with a commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions.
