Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide district-wide Applied Behavioral Analysis services in schools, including FBA and BIP development, implementation, and monitoring. The role involves coaching staff, in-service training, and coordinating behavioral programs across the district.

The candidate will supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates, and contribute to professional learning aligned with district priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: three (3) years of ABA experience or BCaBA with ABA internship.
• Certifications: BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA with internship; BCaBA must obtain BCBA within 12 months.
• Language/communication: reads, writes, and presents written materials.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA services to students through FBA and BIP development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Provides in-service training, coaching, and support to staff on ABA principles.
• Coordinates, develops, and monitors district-wide behavioral services.
• Delivers professional learning to align with Positive Behavior Supports district priorities.
• Supervises select RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates to support data collection and intervention fidelity.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
