Job summary

EzCare ABA in Richmond, VA is hiring Direct Care BCBAs to provide hands-on ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Flexible hourly and full-time salaried opportunities are available as caseloads grow, with strong clinical support and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain licensure is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Support skill acquisition, communication, social, and adaptive living goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching.
• Make data-driven treatment decisions to support client success.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records.
