Job summary

Positive Reinforcement is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy in home-based settings with a maximum caseload of four clients. You will set your own schedule and work closely with families to design, implement, and adjust ABA plans.

The role emphasizes autonomy, caregiver collaboration, and high-quality intervention, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Direct, one-on-one ABA therapy experience.
• Ability to conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (max caseload of 4).
• Set own schedule and therapy sessions.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments using specified tools.
• Perform FBAs to guide therapy.
• Design and implement individualized ABA plans.
• Conduct parent training on ABA and autism topics.
• Analyze and graph data to adjust interventions.
