Job summary

Positive Reinforcement LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based therapy. You will provide direct 1-1 ABA services with a capped caseload of four clients and design interventions in partnership with families.

You’ll set your own schedule, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS), and train caregivers, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. This role emphasizes high-quality client care and reduced burnout.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.
• Direct, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism.
• Ability to design, implement, and modify ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (maximum caseload of 4 clients).
• Set your own schedule and therapy sessions for your clients.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism like VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.
• Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.
