Utah State Developmental Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess behavior function, develop and oversee behavior support plans, and supervise staff within a residential campus setting.

Candidates should have BCBA certification, experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and strong data-analysis and communication skills to guide treatment decisions and trainings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and ongoing maintenance.
• At least 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to understand root causes of behaviors.
