Job summary

Intermountain Centers For Human Development, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients aged 2-18 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will oversee and train a team, develop treatment plans, and maintain data collection to ensure effective client programming.

A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required, along with BCBA certification and experience working with children. This position offers benefits including health, dental, and assistance with student loans.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.
• 3 years working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders.
• Must be BCBA and licensed in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Assist in developing and training ABA programs.
• Conduct assessments and provide treatment plans.
