Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through BACB
• Utah BCBA licensure/authorization as applicable
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related needs
• Knowledge of FBA, behavior intervention plans, data-driven treatment, and skill acquisition

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including FBAs as clinically appropriate
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs
• Set measurable, client-centered goals and oversee skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and ABA staff under BACB and Utah regulations
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare progress reports for insurance and regulatory purposes
• Ensure ethical, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant care
