Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide evidence-based ABA services for individuals with autism, collaborating with school staff, home providers and families to implement behavior reduction and skill-acquisition programs.

The BCBA will conduct assessments (FBA, Vineland, VBMAPP, PDDBI) and design treatment plans, supervise staff, train caregivers, collect data and report progress to clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current BACB-verified BCBA certification.
• Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
• Two years of post-Master’s experience in behavioral treatment with children/adolescents.
• Ability to supervise staff and train teams.
• Experience conducting FBAs and creating Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete evidence-based assessments and document in records.
• Provide behavioral consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians.
• Ensure high quality written treatment plans, teaching programs and reports.
• Supervise and train staff to implement evidence-based practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Plan, design and conduct staff training when necessary.
