Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to apply Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals with autism, collaborating with school and home staff and families. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collecting data, and supervising staff in implementation.

Responsibilities include progress monitoring, regular documentation for clinical and regulatory purposes, and training caregivers to ensure effective behavior interventions across settings.

Qualifications

• Current BACB certification required.
• Master’s degree with license in clinical behavioral health field.
• At least two years of post‑Master’s experience providing behavioral treatment and assessment.
• Two years’ experience leading or consulting in teams.
• Experience conducting FBA’s and creating Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience teaching functional communication and social skills and implementing behavior analytic programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete evidence-based assessments and document in medical/educational records.
• Provide clinical behavioral consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians.
• Design treatment and teaching plans, collect data, graph progress, monitor outcomes.
• Supervise staff to ensure fidelity of evidence-based practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and staff training.
• Maintain licensure/certifications and complete required trainings.
