Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Cartersville, GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical plans and supervise staff. You will write BIPs, analyze data, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes, with remote supervision available.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and willingness to obtain LBA in GA/VA/IN, with ASD experience. Strong ethics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Willingness to obtain LBA in GA/VA/IN if not licensed.
• Experience serving individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes.
• Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely via video calls.
• Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement.
• Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to support behavior change.
• Clinically review RBT session notes regularly.
• Conduct training for caregivers to ensure skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families and staff.
• Ensure clinical documentation is completed timely and complies with BACB standards.
• Maintain accurate client records including progress notes and data sheets.
