Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in our Clifton, NJ clinic. The BCBA will assess clients, develop and supervise treatment plans, and ensure ethical, data-driven practices in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include caregiver training, supervision of BTs and RBTs, data analysis, and treatment modification as needed. The role requires active BCBA licensure and adherence to payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor treatment progress and update programming.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaboration.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data.
• Modify treatment protocols based on data.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
