Benchmark Human Services in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with 1–4 adults in a temporary residential home to stabilize and teach behavior and independence skills as part of an interdisciplinary team. This full-time role offers a rotating schedule, on-call as needed, CEU opportunities, and a competitive salary with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with IDD.
• Master's degree in a related field and BCBA license.
• Certified in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a member of the crisis support home professional team.
• Document services to meet Medicaid waiver billing criteria.
• Provide monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training on behavioral supports.
• Collect objective data on skills and needs of individuals served.
• Develop and implement Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) and supervise staff.

Connaissances

Experience with individuals with IDD

Crisis intervention training

Documentation and Medicaid billing

Formation

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field

Active BCBA license

Minimum 35 hours of training in behavior analysis
