Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking a BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans and lead assessments. You will train parents and staff, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with the BCBA team to ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism as BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
