Benchmark Human Services-GA in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral supports to clients and supervise staff within the Georgia Mobile Crisis Support Program. The role requires flexibility in schedule, hands-on engagement, and effective communication under pressure.

The position offers a multidisciplinary team approach, supervision opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA license/certification required OR BA with field hours.
• Two years’ experience with behavior supports for IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Mobile Crisis Team and assist in Crisis Support Home and Intensive Support services.
• Provide documentation of behavioral services delivered.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports and proactive strategies.
• Maintain objective data on client skills and needs.
• Maintain program data and quality outcome data.
• Complete functional assessments and BSP development with supervision post-discharge.
• Collaborate with IDT and supervise staff as needed.
• Attend agency and client meetings and psychiatric appointments.
