Benchmark Human Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients at an IDD respite home in Tifton, GA. You will deliver behavior support plans, monitor progress, and train staff across shifts in a residential setting.

The role requires a Master's in a related field and a current BCBA license, with 2+ years of IDD experience and crisis intervention training. Salary ranges reflect GA market norms and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• Active BCBA license is preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience with individuals with IDD.
• Minimum of 35 hours of training in behavior analysis and supports.
• Certification/crisis intervention training.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the crisis support home professional team.
• Document services meeting Medicaid waiver criteria.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention and staff training.
• Maintain data collection on skills and needs of individuals served.
• Develop and implement BSP; consult after discharge.
• Collaborate with IDT, team clinician, and supervisor.
• Attend agency, departmental and individual meetings as directed.
• Supervise transport and review incidents of physical intervention.
• Maintain confidentiality.
