Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with autism or IDD in a temporary group home in Albany, GA. You will work on an interdisciplinary team to implement behavioral supports, collect data, and help individuals gain independence in daily activities.

The position offers a flexible 7 day on/off schedule, salaried compensation with no billable hours, CEU reimbursement, health/dental insurance, and a strong team-driven environment with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• Active BCBA license preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience with individuals with IDD.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a member of the crisis support team for the home.
• Document services to meet Medicaid waiver criteria.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.

Connaissances
