Job summary

Benchmark Human Services-GA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with adults with IDD in Albany, GA. The BCBA will join an interdisciplinary team, provide behavioral supports, and supervise a small group in a temporary residential setting.

Flexible schedule, 7 day on/7 day off, on-site supervision, and a focus on independence. The role requires BCBA eligibility with certification within 2 years, a master's degree in a related field, and experience with crisis programs and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work or related field.
• BCBA eligibility and certification within 2 years of employment.
• Experience with behavioral supports evaluation for people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation of behavioral services delivered.
• Monitor, assess, intervene, and train staff in behavioral supports and data collection.
• Maintain objective data on client skills and needs.
• Maintain program data and quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement BSP and consult after discharge.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with IDT, team leaders, and supervisor.
• Train staff on implementation of individual support plans.
