Job summary

Brightstone Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve children at partner childcare centers in the Decatur and Riverdale, GA area. This nontraditional BCBA role emphasizes natural-environment ABA services and collaboration with educators to foster inclusive progress for children with autism.

You will deliver assessments, design interventions, supervise RBTs, and support classroom-wide outcomes with flexible scheduling and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working in or with childcare centers is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with educators and childcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized behavioral interventions.
• Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation within childcare centers.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Coach and collaborate with childcare staff to promote classroom-wide success.
• Support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings.
