Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families at our Riverdale, GA location. You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction initiatives and supervise RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and eligibility for state licensure. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation and loan forgiveness programs, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
