You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure best practices. Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours in a week.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB guidelines.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a clinic-based setting

Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA

Education

Active BCBA certification

State licensure where required
