The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and supervise RBTs. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• State Licensure is mandatory where applicable.
• Prior ABA experience is preferred, especially for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
