Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in behavioral therapy preferred.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Assess client needs and develop behavior programs.
• Monitor therapy teams for client success.
• Conduct training workshops for families and schools.
• Act as point of contact for clients and technicians.

Connaissances

BCBA certification

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to interact well with children and their families

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work well independently and on a team

Physical ability, lifting up to 40lbs
