Spectrum of Hope in Magnolia, AR seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead compassionate, data-driven ABA services for children and teens with autism. You will mentor RBTs, design real-life treatment plans, and partner with families to set meaningful goals.
