Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home ABA services in the Houston area. You will develop real-life treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set and track meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with active credential.
• Experience working with children/teens with autism is required.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ethical care are essential.
