Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to uphold best practices.
