Job summary

Orchid Academy in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and innovate across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

You will supervise RBTs, design and monitor ABA programs, mentor staff, collaborate with families and schools, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA practices.
• Analyze client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets payer and regulatory requirements.
