Qualifications
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
State licensure where required.
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Skills
Strong communication skills
Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA
Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
Education
