A leading autism service provider is seeking an Entry Level clinician to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children. Responsibilities include managing a manageable caseload and supervising RBTs. Candidates must possess an active BCBA certification and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive compensation ($85,000 - $95,000) and a supportive work environment that fosters growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a clinic-based setting

Education
