Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensure as required by the state.
• Previous ABA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours in a week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to uphold best practices.
