Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA with a Master’s degree to provide high-quality ABA services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and schools to ensure progress. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
