Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Observe and celebrate client progress as positive behaviors increase.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge via supervision, support, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with physical activities as children participate in sessions and move around.
