Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy ABA in the Kansas City metro area seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. This full‑time hybrid role supports 7–10 clients with balanced in‑person and telehealth sessions, focusing on assessments, programming, and supervision.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach. Kansas/Missouri LBA eligibility is preferred, with competitive compensation and growth

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in KS or MO or ability to obtain.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies.
• Proficiency in data collection and treatment plan modification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide clinical decision-making.
• Provide direct behavioral services in person and via telehealth to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in-person and remote coaching.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs.
