Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs with families, schools, and care teams. You’ll develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and advocate for ethical, evidence-based care.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture that values growth, leadership, and meaningful outcomes for children and families served by the program in Overland Park, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to document thoroughly and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and participate in clinical team meetings.
