Shining Steps ABA in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure holistic care, while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
