360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Supervisor in a hybrid California role. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee individualized ABA services, and collaborate with families and teams to drive client outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and development of clinical staff, with a strong focus on ethical, evidence-based treatment and sustainable earning potential through uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care.
• Support professional development of clinical team members.
