Job summary

CARD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment, formulation of treatment plans, and supervision of caregivers and technicians. The role involves coaching, data analysis, and coordination with other professionals across multiple settings.

This full-time, exempt position supports treatment in center, home, school, or via telehealth, with ongoing professional development, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and design treatment plans.
