Job summary

Helping Hands Family is hiring Clinical Supervisors to lead BCBA teams in our Northeast clinics. You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

The role emphasizes maintaining ethical practices, collaborating with clinical leadership, and advancing client outcomes across multiple regions. A BCBA certification and supervisory experience are required, with opportunities for professional growth within HHF.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State Licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children.
• Manageable caseload with oversight from Clinical Directors.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
