BCBA & Clinical Supervisor Opportunities — Helping Hands Family

Now Hiring Across the Northeast: Connecticut · Pennsylvania · Maryland · Virginia

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast. Built by clinicians for clinicians where we believe Every Community Deserves a Helping Hand.

Why HHF is Different:
  • Every region and BCBA has direct access to our Quality and Training Teams—tenured BCBAs who provide hands‑on mentorship to help clients and families achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Our Vineland scores consistently demonstrate top‑tier capability
  • Our BCBAs meeting monthly for clinical peer reviews
  • Work in clinic with peer BCBAs while having autonomy and variety to use your clinical skills to see clinical outcomes
Care for Our Clinical Team:
  • Fellowship program where our fellows consistently pass their BCBA exam the first time. 100% of our fellows have passed in the last 9 months
  • All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification; you’ll be working with qualified, committed colleagues
  • 90%+ of our RBT hires pass the RBT certification exam
  • Three weeks of PTO so you can care for yourself
  • Clinical Supervisors hold a minimal case load, so they can support you and your clients
Care for Our Clients:
  • Fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to bring treatment plans to life
  • Collaborative clinical environment that fosters learning, growth, and shared problem‑solving
  • Support to help clients have special moments like pictures with Santa, field trips and family outings.
What You’ll Get:
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 in bonuses throughout the year
  • Relocation Assistance: To ease expense of your transition
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and Paid Family Leave
  • Career Growth: $500 CEU stipend, ongoing access to FREE CEU opportunities including our internal BCBA Conference, and opportunities to contribute to clinical research and present at both internal and national professional conferences
  • Ongoing Clinical Support: Dedicated mentorship and leadership backing for clinical success
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
What You’ll Need:
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
Now Hiring: Clinical Supervisor Roles

Ready to lead? Our Clinical Supervisors carry a minimal caseload by design — so your focus stays on mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, supporting clinical quality across cases, and helping your team deliver their best work. If you hold BCBA certification plus supervisory or leadership experience, ask us about our open Clinical Supervisor positions.

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check. This includes Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well‑being of the children we serve. All new hires must complete E‑Verify as required by USCIS. HHF does not provide immigration sponsorship for any roles at this time.

Helping Hands Family is dedicated to a supportive, inclusive culture. From growing our team to the client treatment plans, we have committed to celebrating differences and helping everyone reach their highest potential. HHF is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sex, ancestry, citizenship status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or military status.
