Medix is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA services in California. You will conduct client assessments, develop ITPs, monitor progress, and ensure documentation compliance.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience supervising or training Behavior Interventionists preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keep a minimum of 35 billable hours per week.
• Supervise up to 20 Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and provide clinical leadership.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
• Train and coach BIs on implementation of treatment plans across settings.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams to ensure effective service delivery.
