Titan Placement Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs in Williamsburg, VA. The role includes supervising 20 hours per week and managing administrative duties to ensure high-quality ABA services across multiple client cases.

The successful candidate will hold a BCBA certification with an active Virginia license, have at least two years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, assessment

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia BCBA license active and clear.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in ABA.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Fingerprint clearance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff – expected 20 hours per week.
• Perform administrative duties – 20 hours per week.
• Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases.
• Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and evaluations for staff.
• Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed.
• Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations.
