Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA in Virginia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor BCBA to lead supervision of Behavior Technicians, support clients with ASD, and collaborate with families and professionals to achieve developmental goals. This role focuses on mentoring staff, implementing evidence-based interventions, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, in-home parent training, and ongoing progress reporting within a supportive, growth-oriented team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, special ed, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• VA LBA license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT).
• Offering direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
• Conducting assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
• Designing curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application.
• Reporting summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly.

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
