Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC oversees clinical treatment for patients, assessing skills, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and coordinating with caregivers across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position reporting to Group Clinical Manager.

Requires Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and payers as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
